No brand. No packaging. No infrastructure.
Scandalous had a recipe and a vision (premium cannabis-infused chocolate) but nothing around it. No visual identity, no packaging architecture, no investor narrative, no compliance framework, and no production pipeline.

Every state expansion introduced a new layer of complexity. Washington, Oregon, California, Illinois, and New York each had their own labeling, dosing, and packaging regulations. The challenge wasn't just building a brand. It was building one that could survive regulatory review in five different states while maintaining visual coherence, shelf presence, and premium positioning.

Active line extension and new market entry.
Current work includes the development of the 100mg bar line for New York: a 10-piece breakable bar format in dark chocolate, sea salt, and toffee. The line targets the higher-dose chocolate segment where Grön currently dominates. Five packaging concepts developed against competitive sales data, each balancing shelf differentiation, compliance clarity, and brand consistency.
The 2026 roadmap includes the Smile format for Chicago, featuring two 50mg pieces in a new pouch architecture, plus additional flavor extensions across both New York and Chicago.
